At Swiss Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Swiss Beauty account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
